My first weekend away with Salvation Brass, since visiting Paisley just before the Covid-19 lockdowns in March 2020, was less a weekend 'away' and more just a weekend at home, as the band visited Paignton. On the Saturday morning everyone met at Preston Baptist Church for rehearsal, before marching down to Preston Seafront for an Open Air. We had lunch at the church in the afternoon before holding a Festival in the Church that evening.

Morning Worship at Paignton and Open Air on Paignton Seafront

The following day the band gathered for morning worship at Paignton Salvation Army Hall. After the meeting the band went out for dinner together before marching down through town and holding an Open Air on Paignton Seafront. The trombone section received attention for taking over a table during Praise Party.
